OCDecorator now includes hundreds of in-game items for you to place in your settlements, including food, utensils, toys, cigarettes, and nearly ever kind of misc item that is in the game.

Not with OCDecorator! Here we have the tin can husband sitting at the table WITHOUT knocking a single thing over. Sooner or later, a companion is going to brush past a table and completely annihilate your meticulously placed clutter and junk items. There is also a shack foundation version too. Stack them on top of each other and watch them snap together perfectly! This one is really simple but can change your whole settlement building experience once you realise itвЂ™s potential.

I currently have the Paint that house flooring but the other textures from Patch job.ДЄnother lifesaver, especially if you use the concrete foundations as perimeter walls.

Note: I have noticed that patch job does conflict with the floor files inВ вЂPaint that houseвЂ™ - the Nexus mod manager will ask which mod file you want to override the other.

You can choose to go for a full pre-war design or post-war (with grime, basically) This is where Repaired Sanctuary roofs comes in, which is mesh based, and turns the roofs of the buildings in sanctuary into solid structures instead of useless holes.

Because this is ONLY a texture replacer, it will still rain inside your Sanctuary buildings as if the holes were still there. Patch Job is merely a texture replacer that removes the random holes in buildable walls and roofs, as well as the ceilings and walls in static settlement buildings (see first image). IвЂ™ve put these two together because they work better together rather than on their own. Makes your settlements look a lot tidier and removes ugly clipping issues. Quite simply, lets you scrap leaf piles, junk heaps, grass and other clutter that nobody has bothered to clean up for 200 years. Note: This does not remove debris and leaves from the ground! See below for a mod that will do just that. ItвЂ™s very much lore-friendly, so while it looks like someone actually went around with a broom and a duster, it still retains the post-war grime look. ItвЂ™s especially useful for those annoying junk fences that just donвЂ™t fit together at all.ДЄn amazing mod that cleans up the walls, floors and ceilings of the houses in Sanctuary (and any settlement that uses the same textures). It allows you to place structures, furniture etc with a slightВ вЂclipвЂ™ into other objects (including static buildings like those in Sanctuary) before you get the dreaded red box.

I donвЂ™t always use this, but if youвЂ™re looking for the equivalent of minecrafts creation mode, this is it. Simply hit the console key (which is usuallyВ вЂ) and type TGM - type it again to turn it off. You can get unlimited building materials/resources by activating god mode before entering the workshop. Note: These are myВ вЂfavouriteвЂ™ building mods and are not the ONLY build mods out there - tbh there are so many scattered around the Nexus that you can try out.
